Rules and Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: These audio sessions may use brainwave altering sounds. Please use caution when playing these brainwave altering sounds in the presence of others. Remember to make sure you are not susceptible to seizures and are comfortable having your brainwaves stimulated. Always use headphones.
These scripts should not be used by the following:
- Pregnant women
- Those who are wear a pacemaker
- Those who have had or are prone to seizures or are epileptic
These sessions are not to be used while under the influence of alcohol or other mood altering substances, whether they are legal or illegal.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SESSIONS IF YOU ANSWER YES TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS.
- Do you suffer from ongoing anxiety, schizophrenia, depression or any other mental illness?
- Are you currently taking any prescription drugs to treat mental illness such as anxiety, schizophrenia or depression?
- Are you aware of any reason either because of mental illness, physical illness or religious belief that would mean you should not be hypnotized?
If you answer YES to any of these questions then you should not do these sessions.
DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE AUDIO SESSIONS WHILE DRIVING OR OPERATING MACHINERY, AS IT COULD BE DANGEROUS.
In order for these sessions to be most effective please follow these simple guidelines:
Be patient. Hypnosis is working even when you don't think it is. Changes will happen and you won't even know it. You just need to listen and keep with the program.
- Allow yourself to actively listen and participate with each session. When I say take a deep breath, take a deep breath; when I say relax, allow yourself to completely relax. Imagination is a powerful tool. As I describe certain situations allow your imagination take you there. You don't have to see it, you just need to imagine that you do.
- Repetition is key. Most people expect instant change and that may not happen. We are all different therefore results will be different. Be consistent and let yourself go!
- It's all about common sense, use it and you are fine.
- Do not listen to these sessions if you are undergoing treatment for any psychological disorders.
- Sometimes we will play around with sessions and try new techniques. Check back often and listen again.
- Always play safe. Never listen to these sessions while driving a vehicle or doing anything where your full attention is required.
